Mr. Cornelius Bailey, President
Resident of 30th Street, S.E. Mr. Bailey is a decades long resident of Washington, D.C. who has been active with the civic association for many years. Mr. Bailey has lived in Randle Highlands since he was a child. He raised his own children in Randle Highlands and now has the pleasure of watching his grandchildren grow up in Randle Highlands. Ms. Juanita Thomas, Secretary

Ms. Audrine Scott, Treasurer

Mr. Travis Swanson, Director of Community Outreach
Resident of 26th Place, S.E. Mr. Swanson moved to Washington, D.C. in 2011 and has been residing in Randle Highlands since 2015. Travis became active with the civic association immediately upon moving to Randle Highlands, attending his first meeting less than one month after moving to the neighborhood. In 2016, Travis began volunteering with the association by creating and maintaining a social media presence, and in 2017 played a key role in the development of this website.
